Here is a list of questions that clients frequently ask us.

1) How does your photo booth work?

Guests simply jump in front of the photo booth, press a button and the count down begins. A screen displays real-time video for guests to strike a pose! Once guests have taken their snapshots, photos are instantly printed on location within 10 seconds.

2) How do your rentals work?

From setting up to packing up, we take care of everything. During the entire rental, one of our courteous and friendly staff members will be on location to provide assistance and warm hospitality to you and your guests.

3) How long does it take for your set up?

Our basic set up only takes about 30-45 minutes. Regardless, our staff will show up 1 hour or more before your event to set up and get properly organized.

4) Can you visit my event location in advance?

We certainly can. ​A visit of your event location may be done upon your request. We will be more than happy to provide you with a consultation.

5) Can I receive an in person consultation for my event?

Of course! We will be more than pleased to offer you a free consultation. ​Please contact us to book an appointment and we will be happy to meet with you.

6) Is the set up included in our rental time?

No, that would just be plain silly! Set up and tear down time is not included in your rentals hours. Rental hours are actual hours of usage of the photo booth.

7) My event is outside of Greater Moncton. Can I still rent a photo booth?

Of course. We have been across the province and are open to providing our services in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI. A travel fee does however apply for events outside of Greater Moncton. Please contact us for an estimate.

8) Is there a required deposit to confirm a rental?

Yes, a minimum deposit of 250.00$ plus applicable travel fees for events outside of Greater Moncton are required to be paid in advance in order to reserve a rental date. This amount is not remboursable. If special circumstances do arise and we are notified in advance, we will gladly reimbursing your deposit if we rebook your rental date. However, a 100$ rebooking fee will be deducted. *For marketing solutions and rentals of more than one day, please contact us for deposit requirements.

9) What makes you stand out from the competition?

All of our rental packages include  stunning photo frame designs that is customized for each and every event, which makes even greater souvenirs than old regular photo strips.
