The Banquet de la Faculté d’administration 2023 was a grand event organized by the Faculty of Administration to celebrate the achievements and hard work of its students and alumni. Uni Financial Corporation, one of the event’s main sponsors, wanted to create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees. To achieve this, Uni Financial Corporation partnered with us to create a unique video experience that would generate buzz and increase the social reach of the event.
The Challenge: The goal of the video experience was to create a fun and interactive way for attendees to capture and share their memories from the event. With hundreds of guests expected to attend, the challenge was to create a seamless and efficient experience that would allow for the creation of a large number of videos in a short period of time.
The Solution: To meet the challenge, we designed and installed a light tunnel experience that would create unique and eye-catching videos for attendees. The tunnel was equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and videography equipment that would capture attendees as they walked through the tunnel, creating a video that showcased their energy and excitement. The videos were then immediately made available for attendees to share on their social media platforms.
The Results: The light tunnel experience was a huge success, with a total of 189 videos being created during the evening. The videos generated a significant social reach, with a total of 23,308 people being exposed to the Uni Financial Corporation brand. Attendees loved the experience and the videos generated a buzz on social media, making the event even more memorable for those in attendance.
