The Banquet de la Faculté d’administration 2025 was a grand event organized by the Faculty of Administration to celebrate the achievements and hard work of its students and alumni. Uni Financial Corporation, one of the event’s main sponsors, wanted to create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees. To achieve this, Uni Financial Corporation partnered with us to build on the success of previous years and introduce a cutting-edge AI-powered photo and video sharing experience alongside the popular light tunnel activation.

The Challenge

The goal of the video experience was to create a fun and interactive way for attendees to capture and share their memories from the event. With hundreds of guests expected to attend, the challenge was to provide a seamless and efficient experience that would allow for real-time photo and video delivery. Additionally, the new AI sharing feature had to be intuitive and frictionless for guests, ensuring widespread adoption and engagement.

The Solution

To meet the challenge, we enhanced the light tunnel experience with an innovative AI-powered sharing system. Before the event, guests simply scanned a QR code to register. During the evening, our facial recognition technology automatically recognized attendees as they entered the light tunnel and other designated photo zones, capturing their moments effortlessly. The system then sent personalized photos and videos directly to each guest, allowing them to instantly relive and share their experience on social media.

The Results

The AI-powered photo and video sharing experience was a resounding success. Key highlights include:

  • Total Media Captured: 374 photos and 158 videos.
  • Guest Engagement: 532 total sessions
  • Shares: 1,307 total shares,
    • Distribution: Text messages, email, Facebook, Instagram, and downloads were the most popular sharing methods.
  • Social Reach: 104,204 individuals reached.
  • Impressions: 345,778 total impressions.
  • Attendee Feedback: Guests loved the convenience and efficiency of the system, making the experience even more seamless and enjoyable.

Conclusion

The AI-powered photo and video sharing experience introduced at the Banquet de la Faculté d’administration 2025 showcased how emerging technology can elevate event engagement. By combining facial recognition with automated content delivery, we created a frictionless and highly shareable experience that resonated with attendees. The success of this initiative further reinforced the power of interactive and tech-driven activations in increasing brand exposure and enhancing event memorability.
